Aquarium Salt For Dropsy?

I'm pretty sure that my betta has dropsy and I don't expect him to make it but I'd like to atleast try and help him. He's had 4 doses of Kanaplex and now I'm waiting 3 or 4 days before I can dose again. My question is since he's still really "bloated" would a salt bath with aquarium salt help at all? I don't have any Epsom salt or I would probably use that but I was wondering if aquarium salt would even do anything for him.

It would be epsom salt. Dropsy can also be internal parasites if it is not internal bacteria
