new aquarium lid!? yes no?! its for ceiling lighting..
it says this product can expose you and ur fish to Ethyl Acrylate..

It's safe for leds and fluorescent lights. Don't use it with incandescent or any kind of heat bulbs. Outgassing causee by melting is what causes it to be harmful.

If it was to melt, it would be bad. Heat bulbs would be very very bad, I agree.
