Aquarium Apps-Aquarium Note, Aquarimate, or something else?

I think I have gone through all the one posts on this topic and looked up about every different aquarium management tracker currently for IOS. The two that keep coming up are Aquarium Note 2 and Aquarimate. I am currently using AquaticLog since it is the awesome price of FREE for one tank but I find the app and website a little glitchy. The other two apps I mentioned are $9.99 each, so not a fortune but it will add up if I try multiple ones and I will be sad if they are no better than what I am already using.

Aquarium Note seems to have the most people talking about it which would make me think it is the best. However, Aquarimate is cloud based so I could access it from any of my devices which is a very nice feature to me. They both seems to do all the same things, and arguably all the same things the free AquaticLog is doing. I would like to hear from people who have actually used either (or one of the many other ones out there) as far as how it goes for you.

While I am sure a notebook works great for many of you I am just not one of those people, I like my tech lol.

I must have lived under a stone. I guess this is "fun to have"?
OK...I will look it up.

So I looked it up. Seems like extra work ;).

If you're into statistics and like to document things like water parameters these apps are not that bad. Especially as they give you the results of regular as graphics, which for some people is more comprehencible than a list, especially a handwritten one. And a feature I find great for beginners to get used to the cycles of tasks and duties: A calendar with reminder for waterchanges and fertilizer dosing.

They are all the same, though. You got one, you had all. The freeware apps are completely sufficient.

I used one for a while to document my costs, stocking movements and water parameters. It was fun for some time, but ultimately just another app that takes up more time to use that is better invested in other things.

I'm actually into statistics. I'd probably get frustrated on the limited data export options!

OK, back to OPs question.

Non-existent in the freeware apps usually. You basically only pay for data export and backup options with the pay-apps.

The free one I am using does not have a reminder calendar, I was hoping one of the paid ones did. I can be super forgetful sometimes.

Dug up the one I used. It's called "aquarium assistant". And free. Have fun.

I couldn't find that one for iOS only android, but thank you for adding.

I did figure out how to do reminders on AquaticLog, the one I am currently using for free. The app is just hard to use and I find myself using the website.
