I need help with someone who’s good and experienced with api test results and reading the colors.
I’m trying to understand being able to read the results correctly. Regarding the neutral pH, the results are from 2 separate tanks. The tube on the left is a shade darker compared to the tube on the right to my eye. However, both are testing 7.6 high neutral. Is there anything to that or am I over thinking it?
The high pH range on for the darker blue tube tested at 8.2 to my eye. Is that about right? And the high pH range for the lighter shade tube tested for the 7.4 high pH color on the chart to my eye. So that puts that tank pH between 7.4 and 7.6, so in that case would it be

Could you take some pictures with the tubes directly up against the color cards? I should help us give you advice.

I think your original assumption is correct based on the pictures. I would go with the results from the high range pH test.

The low pH test is useless to you looking at the high tubes. The low pH test is topped out. I say your tanks are 7.8- 8.0 and 8.2- 8.4 just go by the high pH test.
