I was a fan of 80s love songs when I was a teen.

Oh boy that takes me back, my daughter was a huge BSB fan & I'm ashamed to say I still know all the words to their hits after hearing them so much back then.

Haha that's how I feel about One Direction. My fourteen-year-old daughter loves them and I know pretty much every word to their most popular songs. But I'm still a closet boy band fan even at 33.

My favorite boys are still touring. I got to see the Backstreet Boys and New Kids on the Block in concert together a couple years ago the 14 year old in me was ecstatic! They are in their 40s...but they still look great and put on a great show! It was a sold-out show at a huge concert venue! Most of the crowd was women in their thirties and forties

Edit come on @Coradee .... knowing the Backstreet Boys songs is nothing to be ashamed of!

Now THOSE would be oldies for me.

90s music was quite a mix. There was the gangster rap, the alternative, and then the pop music with the boy bands and and Britney and Christina and all that. Most of my friends were into gangster rap or alternative. That was frustrating to me haha. I was teased for liking the pop music.
