Anyone know where I can get black Trumpet snails (Melanoides maculata)?

HI everyone. As my name suggests, I'm on the "hunt" for snails for my 20 gallon tank. Over the past few weeks, I've been looking everywhere for black trumpet snails. There's someone on ebay selling a black variety of MTS but the seller is all the way from Poland and I'm not really sure if I trust him.

I'm not familiar with "black" trumpet snails. But I know mystery trumpet snails very well. I can't get rid of them in my 75 gallon tank. But you might try this link: https://www.eliteinverts.com/buy-aquarium-freshwater-snails-online/

Welcome to the forum! You may also want to check your LFS. If it's not a box store, they may be willing to order for you.

Thanks everyone- I tried all the suggestions but still no luck.

If I can't get my hands on these, I'll instead consider getting Thiara Winteri, Melanoides Granifera, or other "spiky" trumpet snails.

I have a thing for unusual snails lol
