Anyone know what's wrong with my fish??

So I managed to save my tank from a batch of worms about a month ago. All seemed to be good and healthy, earlier today I noticed that one of my female guppies had a bulging lump on her side. I just checked her before going to bed and noticed that there is stuff coming out of her side and her scales are sticking out. Anyone know what's wrong???

I need a clearer picture, but there is something seriously wrong with that fish. I recommend immediate quarantine, as that looks scary, and will probably be fatal.

 

Dropsy that already exploded?

 

It's Dropys all tanks have it only strike when the fish r stressed was it being bulled a lot if not check your water quality remove the fish it's dead anyway at this stage and healvy treat your tank with a wide spectrum antibiotic I wood say get some esha 2000 good luck

 

Dropsy doesn't explode, Dropsy isn't contagious and Esha 2000 isn't an antibiotic.

I'd euthanise this one and think your fish still have internal worms that ate this one from the inside.

 

I would take out this fish asap
