Anyone have or had experienced this fish

    I'm lookin to buy myself a bottom swimmer, I was hoping for a Black Devil Wyckii I've read they can be aggressive but I would like to hear from you from your personal experience. Thanks

    From my research, this catfish can grow to 20"+ and is super aggressive. It will attack anything in the tank so it recommended to be kept alone. It has been known to even attack filter tubs, heaters and the owner's hand.

    I've kept one. What alink says is spot on. It won't tolerate other fish, or thank you when you feed it. Beautiful fish though.

    Sounds like one of the monster cichlids that grow to 20"+, Dovii, Umbee, etc come to mind...
