Anyone Have A Red Claw Crab?

Anyone have a Red Claw Crab and have some general advice on them? My fiance saw one at the store and was instantly dying to have one, so I'm trying to figure out if we could even make it work. The sign for them at the store said "minimum 1 gallon" which seemed a bit odd, then their website said 20 gallon minimum. Looking stuff up online, I see physical measurements, not gallons, so I'm not sure where to start looking or what size is actually needed. The only consistency I found was that they really need brackish water instead of freshwater.

Any advice would be appreciated!

Sorry, I just have fiddler crabs. Idk if they have the same requirements, but you could look up fiddler crab habitats and see if its in line with red claw crabs but bigger.
Heres my fiddler tank.

They do need brackish water. My ideal setup is a 40 gallon breeder that's halfway filled. I use sand substrate to make a hill so that can climb out of the water if they want to. Filtration is a decorative turtle fake rock waterfall repto filter.

They like terracotta pots and anything aquarium safe that they can hide in.
I've also had a heater placed sideways in the tank. I tight fitting cover is advised otherwise they can crawl out.

What's their preferred temperature for water?

I tried to keep it set on 80*F. I also forgot to add that I used a glass top. It held in heat and sometimes I'd have to adjust it :-/
