I'm going to buy one of them when i get a 75 gallon tank, Are they young cory catfish that will grow even way bigger when they grow up? I see them at petco and they look even bigger than 4 inches...

It’s unusual to see fully grown corys in a Lfs, if they are 4” they sound like they could be C.aenus or even brochis as they are some of the bigger cory species. They they won’t be very young at that size, corys can live 20 years & more so they’d likely be with you for quite a long time still.
If you don’t already have some corys the same species then I suggest getting more than one of them, 6 or more would be good if you have space as they’re shoaling fish & do best when kept in numbers.

Scleromystax barbatus or one of the bigger longnoses (C.fowleri for instance) maybe?

Some of the bigger species aren't schoolingfish (males even fight).

At Pier Aquatics in Wigan were huge concolors sold (and several others)
