Anyone ever literally pull Ich off a fish?

Has anyone ever pulled one of the white spots from Ich off their fish? Like when u see the white spot basically about to fall off?
I might get some heck buuuut... I pulled one off my goldfish last night. It seems to have helped actually. Normally I see some spots, after the ich fall off, a redish fleshy kind of open spot that hasn't closed and needs to heal. This morning I saw no red fleshy looking spot from where I pulled it off. Instead I see besides no red, no little hole or damaged fleshy tissue and it's flat instead of raised & looking healed.
I want to pull the other one off today. I have two fish and they both are at the end of the infestation. My other goldfish has not shown any spots for a while ( I am continuing treatment as recommended) The other fish that I pulled the Ich off of has had only these 2 spots for 2 or 3 days. I really really want to pull the other Ich sac off as it is totally hang outside the scales. Would really appreciate some opinions and thots.

Id post some photos.

This does not sound like ich, ich doesn't leave sores when it comes off.

Anchor worms and such may leave sores though...

I had the same thought.

Also you can't pull ich off. The parasite buries itself under the skin, causing the white bumps. The white bumps aren't the ich themselves

I had the same thought.
Most of the ich spots that went away on my 2 goldfish did not have any of the red fleshy look but a few spots did in the middle of the treatment. There were a few that did have a little red dot that happened in the middle of their treatment. I hope I didn't get this diagnosed wrong️ Maybe they have both?
Here is a pick of the Ich when they first showed signs. And pictures of them today.
Also you will notice the black on my Fintail. I believe its from chemical reaction from the Ich X med & mayb the aqu salt. I stopped using Ich X that I used in my hospital tank. I then moved them to my 40 gallon tank where I change their treatments to aqua salt and raised temperature of 80° to 83°.
Today my pH is at 7.2, ammonia 0ppm, Nitrites at 0ppm and Nitrates at 10ppm.

Also with my Fintail I have asked what or why her belly has black inside and was told it was from chemical burn or ammonia. In their 40 gal theyr in now I have had ammonia at 0.25 one time. So I tested my tap water with Seachem free & total ammonia and the free is at 0.07. the total ammonia is at 2.0 I believe but the color was more of a purple not the blue that the reference chart showed so I did the test again but the results were the same.
I just bought a GH & KH test kit today but have not used it yet

Hmm, red dots like that usually indicate the beginning of an anchor worm or fish lice infestation.

yeah, the white spots are just the fish's immune system reacting to the parasite and forming a kind of scab.

I was also told the big white spot on my fintail is Cotton wool disease and was recommended a chemical one or all natural. I am gonna go natural. I am hoping to get all your feedback on that
Yeah both my fish have Anchor worms. 2 of them popped their nasty skiny bodies out so I pulled 2 off so far. It was awesome! Die nasty little beasts!
My fish bubbles let me have her in the palm of my hand totally chill while I took them off. Didn't get scared at all. I didn't have to hardly touch her. Even while I grabbed other tweezers and put hydrogen peroxide on her after. It was cool. They eat off my fingers all the time now. just I can't believe I never had fish before now. I love my Goldie's*

They are so sweet aren't they? Yes I always try to treat the most natural way possible. I'm guessing you are talking about Microbe-Lift?

For anchor worms I think paziquantel would help.

The white marks on the ones tail do look fungal to me, not ich but looks similar, if it werent for the red inflamed look.

Fish are a lot more personable than most would think, aren't they?

Yes they are so sweet! I am a total animal advocate. I graduated a Veterinarians Assistant & got lucky to work for a Vet that loved teaching so I got to be a part of surgeries everyday. It was amazing except the sad parts. The school didn't teach diddly about fish unfortunately. I always knew that it was a hobby that took a lot of effort and knowledge. Since I've always had lots of pets, a few farm animals and a busy life I never thought I would be a fish owner. I am so glad that I got to help these two fishies to give them a better life. Now I'm just totally going to be a fish person the rest of my life.

I also am going to buy some "koiZyme" it's natural and far away from harmful at all. Thank goodness.

Oh my goodness there is way more to Goldfish then I thot. It's pretty amazing. Their memory is amazing! I love it! They know who I am and are starting to learn that when I do a fish lips they don't back sometimes now and I give the a garlic water soaked granuals. Just cool! I just truely enjoy all animals. I trained my doggy daughter(who passed of old age) over 10 tricks from playing the piano to bang bang play dead. I could talk about animals forever lol. Life would be sad and boring without them.

You are so right! We love our water puppies!
