Any pleco breeders on here?

With the l046s do you reckon they are bloated or have a bacterial infection or do you think they could be getting filled with eggs?
The L236 also had a mark on it I was wondering if thats signs of trapping or fungus or bacterial infection?
Aswell my l236 super white is turning yellow all of a sudden!
I seen online a while ago that this can happen but they change back after a while wonder if that was correct?

I should know all of this but I always like to see what everyone else thinks thanks

You are so very welcome. The only plecos I've allowed to breed was Elbert, that handsome fellow over there in my avatar and Evelyn a little super red female. She got pretty plump while getting ready. She also bred with Little Red, a male closer to her size. They bred twice and each time she got really plump before eggs were laid.

Oh my yes. They gave me about 85 or so. Little Red and Evelyn produced many more than that with the 2 spawns. I wasn't prepared for their second spawn. I should have seperated them sooner but I wasn't expecting it to happen so soon the second time. I ended up with well over 200 of them. I still have a few I need to take to my LFS. I am guessing there are still at least 20 in the tank now but it could be way more than that. They move too fast to get a head count.
