Are you asking about the brown film on the zooanthids? IME, this has happened when they are not 'happy' for some reason and opportunistic brown algae will start growing over them. The reasons could include issues with water parameters, not enough flow, too much flow, not enough light, too much light... Zooanthids can be quite finicky based on ones I have had.

Hi, only just seen this so sorry for the late response , I ment the red thing, which I have now covered with super glue, I haven't noticed the brown film, however I have just bought a much stronger light so hopefully they will prefer it.
