Saw Planet of the Apes last week & it was really good, fantastic effects & touching at times. James Franco was brilliant, your really rooting for the apes near the end! Other films I liked recently are 127 hours, Captain America, Senna, Transformers 3 & a bit of an oldie but anyone who hasn't seen Moon with Sam Rockwell yet should if they're into sci-fi, it's awesome

Hall Pass - I give this movie a 3/5, its a real funny movie with adult humor and I found it HILARIOUS lol, Nicky Whelan is so pretty and in that film that I gave it a extra +1 =] but over-all, its something I would never watch again, but worth watching at least once

Past couple weeks I been watching the Harry Potter movies. The first two were cheesy and childish but that was expected. Then each movie got better and better but I thought the deathly hollows part 1 was rather boring.

Watched The Highness and it was pretty bland and boring. The jokes were generally lame and predictable. The only good thing about the movie was Natalie Portman.

The Losers- I give this movie a 3/5, real good comedy with a lot of action, Zoey Saldana was as beautiful as ever, loved the movie from beginning to end and would not mind watching it a second or third time, also, can not wait for the sequel ^_^
The Departed- I give this movie a 5/5, how you go wrong with a Martin Scorsese film, this man is so insane, I loved all the twist and turns, the deception, the star studded cast and of course, the story line, everything about this movie screams MAGNIFICENT, if you have not seen it, watch it, its one film that I can safely say that I would not mind watching 20 years from now, great film

I give Season of the Witch a 3/5, decent movie, not my kind of Nicolas Cage kind of movie, but it wasn't boring, prob would never watch it again but would not mind if I saw it a second time.... Claire Foy was pretty dang hot in that film, the dirty look and the psycho personality captured me, would not mind seeing another film were she is a mental case lol

I give the movie Hanna a 3/5, real good story line, but kind of boring, it does pick up toward the middle, worth watching at least once

I give the movie Valkyrie a 5/5, that movie is just amazing, very suspenseful throughout the movie, good action scenes, very good acting by Tom Cruise (my favorite actor) and very good moments... it just sucks that hitler didnt die in his hands =[ one movie that I would not mind watching 10 years down the road

I just saw The Eagle, based on the book Eagle of the Ninth by Rosemary Suttcliff (sp?). Usually, movies based on books aren't as good due to shortened story-line(or they go on forever), but this one did a really good job fitting in character changes with the action. I would give it a 4/5, simply because I feel there are some elements in the book that they could have kept with little influence on the time/storyline, but overall good action movie. Sorry for the lengthy review.

Faster, I give it a 4/5, its a pretty **** movie, I wouldnt mind watching it again... and what a twist in the end, I did not expect it at all!!!

Edge of Darkness, I give it a 2/5, IMO, its a boring movie, if they made it around 1hr 20mins, I would prob give it a 3/5, but they dragged it till the end, I almost fell asleep, prob would never watch it again

as for The Eagle, I am waiting for a dvdrip of that, I plan on watching it =] your review got me excited lol, and its not long at all, I prefer more in depth reviews

Shooter- this is a pretty crazy film, I love everything about it, from beginning to end, all the intense action scenes were just amazing, I would not mind watching this again, Marky Mark did a great job in this film, I give it a 3/5 overall

The Comedy Central Roast of Charlie Sheen - this is probably the second funniest roast they have made, the funniest too me was Donald Trumps, but this is a very close second lol, real funny group of comedians... my favorites were:

Amy Schumer
Anthony Jesilnik
Jeff Ross
Seth McFarlane
Jon Lovitz
Patrice Oneal

real funny and highly recommended if you love comedy

Transformers 3: just like the 2nd one. People screaming and running, the transformers always in their car form driving and driving some more. Movie 2h40mins long of nothing happening. And the new chick looks like a doll whose upper lip gonna pop at any minute. Shoot, I say the movie had better comedy bits then action bits.

Summary: I didn't like it at all.

Friends With Benefits is HILARIOUS and a good movie, I am such a fan of Mila Kunis, its not a show for kids at all, rated R of course, overall I give it a 4/5

Horrible Bosses IS HILARIOUS!!!!! I wish I had a teacher like that, such an awesome movie lol, the movie is funny from the first second to the last and I don't know how you can not simply fall in love with Cameron Diaz, overall I give it a 4/5

Bridesmaids: watched with my woman and we both thought it was horrible, just horrible. The movie barely has anything to do with bridesmaids. All you get to watch is one woman who has bad luck and makes poor choices. There was only one scene that was funny and it lasted five minutes. Horrid!

Captain America: not bad and better then Thor. I understand its a setup for the avengers movie but it still has a low of slow and kinda boring spots. And I find it hard to believe all this future tech just coming out of nowhere during WW2.

I got quite a few movies I need to watch so I hope to get some done this weekend.

Real Steel - awesome movie, the story is great, but the ending sucked, but otherwise an over all awesome movie, I love the sport of boxing and mix that with robots, what more can a sports junkie ask for? 4/5

The Change-Up - HILARIOUS is all can say, kids don't watch this movie, over-all rating 3/5

Beastly - modern day Beauty and the Beast, I truly like this movie and so did my 9 year old sister, that sums it up I think, over all rating 3/5

Real Steal

I thought very good. That Jackman did a fine job, while the story was enjoyable and the fights were flat out cool.

4.5/5

The Change Up

Surprisingly hilarious. Bateman and Reynolds are simply comedic gold, and Olivia Wade...let's just say she looked good.

4/5

Apollo 18
Boring. The main actors didn't do a bad job, but I guess the story was too ridiculous for me.

1/5

Devils Double

Pretty good. Solid acting from the lead and supporting characters. If you LOVED Scarface (and me it's one of my top 5 all time) and want to sit through what is probably a somewhat true story of Saddam Hussein's eldest son Uday, then you might want to give this film a shot.

3/5

The Grey

Just saw this and was blown away! It's very intense, grim, and more bloody than the average movie these days. Liam Neesan is awesome once more. My favorite actor and he's nothing short of great again. Would like to give away more, but don't want to spoil it. I just highly suggest it.

5/5

Coragous was awesome! Really good movie. If you're a Wahlberg fan see his new movie. Don't waste time w/ new Batista movie, horrible acting. Batista wasn't bad, but all the other actors were. About to watch new Clooney movie.

that is not doing her justice at all!!!! she looked amazing!!!! and also Leslie Mann =]

I agree with the rest of what you said, I do plan on watching The Grey, but I don't see myself spending the money on that movie to watch it on the theatre, I think ill just wait for a download on that one

I'm a big Harry Potter nerd as well... Read all the books like ten times over, watched all the movies at least three times each, have all the side books like Beedle the Bard, Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, and Quidditch Through The Ages.

Anyway, latest movies I saw that were good -

Real Steel
Larry Crowne
A Better Life
The Pool Boys
Boy Wonder
The Beaver

Psalm- you mean Courageous?
I liked that movie a lot as well, and might I add, their acting and cinematography have vastly improved since they first began.
Oh, and The Tourist(Angelina Jolie, Johnny Depp) was awesome!
