I keep losing my beautiful anubias! So far i have lost a lot of golden as well as coffeefilia. They seem to turn yellow, then slowly melt away. I looked at the plant deficiency chart and i think it’s potassium, but wanted some expert opinions.

You have an algae problem. The green hair like stuff growing the top leaf is taking all the nutrients out of the water before the plant can absorb then. May want to get a few nerite snails

I know. It’s hair algae, which nerites don’t eat. I have a few nerites in there too. The main issue is that the tank is by a window. I can’t safely move the tank until my mom comes over to help me, so it’s staying there for now.

I can’t fix the lighting issue for a few weeks, but i would like to know what nutrient my anubias aren’t getting enough of so i can properly fertilize.
