Anubias Plant "Hair"

Hey everyone,
I've recently noticed that my anubias plants seem to be growing a hairy sort of fungus on the new buds and dead leaves. It started on a dead stem that I removed too late, and then it spread to some of the other leaves. It also seems to be growing from the substrate. Any ideas on what it is?

Tank stats:
6 gallon (20L)
Sand substrate
Two anubias plants, java fern and banan lilies
Three KuhlI Loaches
PH 7-7.4
26 degrees C
Natural lighting
Ammonia, Nitrate and Nitrite levels low.

If it’s little white stringy hairs they should clear up on their own. Sometimes decaying plant matter is a growth point for a fungus as well

Thanks TWiG87, yeah, they're little stringy white hairs. The ones in the substrate are more transparent.
