Another rant against walmart cruelty.

I was looking at betta tanks and came across this:

Seriously?! one betta shouldn't be kept in that, let alone two! Walmart now doesn't only keep fish in terrible conditions, but now encourages others to do the same. grrrr.

 

That is really sad...

 

Can I point out that it says "Generous 0.5 gallon capacity" and "Ideal for guppies, mountain minnows, bettas, and platys." My sister keeps hers in a 0.75 without a filter o heater and whenever I bring it up to my dad that she should get a new tank, I get yelled at. If I bring it up again, I get punished. It's so stupid

 

That's not even adequate for fry, I love how it says watch your fish swim around... How can they swim in .5? It reminds of my LPS having 20+ adult angles in a 10-15g. blakeugan maybe talk to your sister about, if she decides her betta needs an upgrade, maybe your parent will considerate it more.
