Animals Adopting Other Animals.

I had a turkey hatch and feed a duck egg. No pictures because the albino turkey ran away and the duckling got killed by other ducks when the turkey went to eat and left it in her nest. What are your stories and pictures?

 

Let me first just say I love your profile picture!

I work at a few farms and one has a pig that hangs around. She is quite old now and has trouble walking. She was begging for snacks one time as I was cutting apples for the horses medicine, and one of the cats, Leonard, stole a peice of an apple and gave it to Sandy the pig.

Well I have a cat who's adopted my Guinea pigs thinking their his kittens.

 

I had a ball python that adopted a mouse for a week but then he got hungry.

 

Our ‘feral’ cat adopted our puppy and now they’re kind of inseparable. She grooms him and let’s him playbite her feet.

They’re so close it’s almost weird. The result is the dog tries to play with other dogs like a cat.
