Angels not interested in food?

Do you feed frozen or freeze-dried foods? Yes. Frozen Bloodworms, freeze dried Brine Shrimp and Bloodworms (feed these foods occasionally, main staple is flakes, Pleco wafers and shrimp pellets. Fluval Bug Bites Bottom Feeder Formula.

Illness & Symptoms
How long have you had this fish? Angels 4 days, Cories/Pleco 2 + years
How long ago did you first notice these symptoms? Yesterday
In a few words, can you explain the symptoms? Angels have not eaten since I brought them home on Friday last week. Yesterday noticed them shedding slime coat.
Have you started any treatment for the illness? No
Was your fish physically ill or injured upon purchase? No

How has its behavior and appearance changed, if at all?
Angels are acting hungry, but won't eat. Yesterday one appeared to look odd, and it looks like it's slime coat is shedding. Did a 25% water change, seemed to help some, but today fish are not eating still as of this morning. Last 50% water change was done Friday morning. My LFS said she had them on flakes, so I picked up some Omega One Flakes to try, in case pickiness was the issue. They aren't interested in food at all. Come up to the glass like they are hungry, but won't eat. I've tried frozen/freeze dried bloodworms, brine shrimp, bug bites, and of course flakes. The fish are now hanging out at the top of the water, I wouldn't say gasping, but I checked all parameters, those are shown above. The one fish still looks 'cloudy', not shiny like the scales should. No clamped fins, no ich, nothing I can see that would make me think they are ill otherwise. At the LFS, I had seen them over a few days, looked just fine.
I have kept the lights off since I brought them home up until today thinking stress may be the issue.
I'm not an expert, but something is off and I can't figure it out. I would attach a photo, but you can't really see anything in the picture.

The slime coat certainly sounds concerning. Do you have a pic?

 

Your pH is a little high but not by much. It is always concerning when a fish starts to loose it's slimecoat. Stress would be the most likely cause of this. With a compromised slime coat a fish is much more prone to disease so it is essential to keep the water as clean as you can until it recovers.

 

 

You can just barely see a few pieces at the top of his dorsal fin where it meets the body. My phone won't capture the dull color of his scales.
