Angelfish Won't Eat.

My angelfish (young, quarter sized) has become lethargic and uninterested in food. It's been since Saturday that he was willing to eat food. I've had him for almost a month, and out of the variety of foods I've offered him, he chooses the floating pellets.
Normally he's very active and fiercely competitive about food. Now he's just hovering by the filter and will only investigate the food.

I just tested the water...
pH - 7.5
Ammonia - 0
Nitrites - 0
Nitrates - 20ppm
78°
No one is picking on him, his eyes are clear, no signs of illness.

But he's being extremely uncharacteristic of himself and I'm extremely worried as I've become very attached.

Not that I can see, no. Normally he's front and center and always begging to be fed.
If he is full, how long can I expect to wait until I can rule that out? It's been a little while and young angels are supposed to eat often.

We feed our young angels two to three times a day. Are you feeding frozen brine shrimp and frozen blood worms along with flakes and the pellets?

I agree, you should be using brine shrimp or bloodworms with the other foods. I've found most carnivorous
fish love em'.

Yes.. I supplement their diet with bloodworms. Though it's been a few days, so I just tried feeding him the bloodworms before replying. No luck.. he showed no interest, whatsoever. :c

I feed him twice a day, too.

I'm trying to take a photo to see if there's anything you see I didn't notice, and I'm noticing he's deliberately hiding behind plants to avoid the camera... Very strange... Normally he come up to investigate it.. :c

He's a photo. Both long fins are completely intact.
