Angelfish type!

hi! just wanting to know the type of angelfish I have because it never said at the store. I thought they look like panda angelfish but they have a yellowish top which the panda doesn't. Although they don't really look like koi or marble either. I also want to know if I can cross-breed them with Filipino blue angelfish?

Koi angel. They look too young to sex.

 

You can cross breed them in the sense that you will get baby angels. No clue what they will look like.

For what its worth, pandas ARE koi. They are genetically the same thing. Blushing gold marbles.

Koi can vary so much in color and coverage. So, somewhere along the line, colorless koi were given the name "panda koi" to differentiate them from the common tri color koi that include orange. (And sometimes yellow and sometimes red)

In other words....yours are low coverage koi. They have some color, so they technically aren't pandas (but pretty close).
