I recently discovered by fish had camallanus worms over a week ago and have been treating my tank with Flubendazole, mixing the appropriate amount with some water then slowly pouring some every 4 days (I've dosed 2 times now and they still have it). Then vacuuming the tank and doing water changes a day after each dose.
I noticed just the other day my angelfish was starting to either turn white or developed a white film on him mostly on his sides and fins, he is still eating but seems to have become more lethargic and sits at the top of the tank all day. I've had him for almost 3 years and this is the first time he's displaying these symptoms. None of my other fish have these symptoms are acting normally. I've attached some pictures below as well as one 'Before' picture for reference.
