Angelfish eggs orange

CallumB

Hi there, ive currently got a 200L community tank currently stocking the following:
*3 Angelfish
*10 Cardinal Tetras
*God knows how many Corydoras, originally had 3 but they gave birth
*3 Bristlenose Plecos
Two of my Angel's have now laid their second lot of eggs, the first lot got eaten by them but as of today they have laid a second batch. Now ive had angels before and had a breeding pair that laid multiple eggs and they were your typical transparent white colour, but these angels i have now are laying orange eggs? Just wondering if anyone can give me some information on if thats been seen before? The angels are orange in colour but after googling it, people with orange angels still lay transparent white eggs? Appreciate any advice, thankyou

Sometimes this happens with my friends Angelfish pair (who decided to spawn eggs when I had to take care of them for a week, that was..fun..:/) any ways sometimes the eggs will turn orange after sterilization oddly enough although the Angelfish eggs didn't hatch for me. They simply got eaten by the pleco or got fungus from when I transported them to a fry tank

Are you feeding any foods that are orange ?
It is not un common IMO but not something that every angel or cichlid will do .
I have seen orange eggs from apisto and kribensis before ..
