Angelfish eggs not attached to anything able to hatch?

My angels laid eggs on the side of my aquarium glass and it is a community tank so I needed to both remove the pair and the eggs to artificially hatch them. I scraped the eggs off of the side of the glass with a razor blade and put them in a one gallon jar with an air stone and ten drops of hydrogen peroxide to prevent white eggs. Will the eggs still hatch even though they aren't attached to anything? Is there something I should do differently?

I'd add methylene blue instead of hydrogen peroxide. That'll turn to water soon and lose it's ability to prevent fungus.

I don't have any methylene blue... Ill replace the water every 14 hrs or so and add hydrogen peroxide... Do you think they will still hatch with them flying around like that? Should I slow down the airflow by tying a knot in the airline tubing?

Slow down the air flow, you're better off bleeding air rather than choking it off, it's easier on the pump. A gang valve works well for this, without one a pinhole in the air line outside the jar will bleed some off. Folks who hatch in gallon jars with peroxide do a daily large water change, add 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of peroxide daily to the new water.
