Hello all, I miraculously diagnosed my sick Angelfish all on my own and it’s camallanus. Absolutely disgusting worms, she’s in quarantine but evidently I have to treat the main tank as all my fish will now be infected. So I’ve treated both tanks with the first dose of Levamisole bcuz it’s readily available where I live (lots of cows, horses, etc here) and some have already been expelled from my Angel as the quarantine is bare bottom and easily seen...if anyone is interested I can post a pic so u will know what they look like. My question is do I really have a chance of obliterating the worms from my main tank without completely stripping it and possibly euthanizing my fish? (Sand sub, 1 Pleco, 7 juvenile panda cories all in a 45 gallon) Should I euthanize my Angel who is possibly the most infected? (I really don’t want to and I’m very attached to her) Obviously I don’t want to do any of this but these nasty worms are very painful and I don’t want to cause my fish more pain. If anyone has dealt with this please I need some advice.
