What is the easiest breeding surface to use for angelfish?

Mine usually use the intake tube of the filter but this makes it tricky to move eggs to another tank, I have to remove the tube from the filter and scrape the eggs off which damages some.
    Breeding cones are too expensive.
Will a piece of tile work? I found a bit which is about 6cm across by 25cm long. If I put the tile standing up in the corner of the tank would they use it?

Hi, Angels will lay where Angels want to! You could put it in but not sure at all it would help, worth a try?

A flat piece of rock worked very well for my rams. They used to lay eggs in weird spots that were inconvenient for tank maintenance but once I gave them a flat rock, they stopped all that right away.
