Do angelfish need slow flowing water? I've seen some conflicting information on the matter and want to ask.
We have a small angelfish we got today and have in QT, but hes being pushed around by my small filter.
The 29 hes going in has quite some water movement from 2 filters, one that isn't adjustable flow, and I wanted to know if it was going to be an issue
And if so, how could i best slow the flow of water to make it more comfortable?

You could probably cut a wate bottle and put it on the outtake of the aquatech and it will roll off the bottle and lessen the flow. Also a prefilter sponge should lessen it as well

I have used cut water bottles and they are great. The other (prettier) option is suction cup shower soap racks under the HOB output. They are a clear bin with holes in the bottom and suction cups to stick it to the wall of your shower.
You can slow the slow some more by filling them with large media like hydroponic clay balls or #8 vermiculite (both will float if they escape into your tank. So they are easy to catch. You also get bonus bacteria this way).

That said my angels have never cared about flow.
