    I'd say a Leopard lace veil. Possible green leopard genes mixed in.

    I think so. It is just like the blue gene in PBs. Here's a fairly accurate picture of a Green Leopard.

    The fin & the fin span that got my attention. It is also growing fast since 3-weeks ago.

    It is possible that is a wide fin but I don't really notice it when the angelfish has veil fins.

    I agree that it appears to be a Leopard Lace angel. I do not see any indication of having the Philippine Blue gene, but this coloring doesn't usually display in young angels. While he is a veiltail, the shape of his tail appears to be a combtail. Combtails usually have wide fins as well, which also makes me think it may be a combtail.
