Ammonia, water change,a guppies with a black tail & red spot

HI all, I have another question about my new tank. Last night when I came home from work, I noticed one of my male guppies (I have 6) had a tiny pink/red dot near his gill so I hopped online to do some research, as I never noticed this on him before but none of the other guppies had any red/pink. So, I read it may be ammonia poisoning. I tested my ammonia and it tested at .25 (on the API ammonia N3/N4 test kit). By this time it was nearing 1:00 AM and my cold medicine was kicking in, so I figured it'd be best to do a water change first thing in the morning. I woke up, and all fish were fine. None showed signs of any pink/red fills except for the one who had before (but it wasn't worse or better). I did notice my peach color guppy had a little black on it's tail (does not look like fin rot or fin nipping though) and I have heard that can be a sign of ammonia poisoning too? So I did a little over 10% water change (closer to 13-14%). I added new water in, that was treated of course. My tempature never changed and I made sure to watch the temperature as I added in (I also tested the temp coming from faucet). I couldn't find an exact answer on how soon to test for ammonia again after a water change so I went ahead and waited four hours and tested. The test just showed I am back to 0 ammonia. So, my question is, is my peach guppy tail going to go back and is the red/pink on the other guppy going to go away? I mean, it's a slight black. SLIGHT. I took a few photos but peach is the fastest and craziest on in the tank & knew I was trying to take a photo lol. It looks some some took a black marker and outlined the very tip of the tail (it's all along it, like if you outlined a O perfectly). I hope that makes sense. Also, my tank is cycling with fish in it (I was not aware of the nitrogen cycle until after I bought fish). None of my other fish have any black on them, so not really sure what is causing it?

My tank is a 60 gallon, fresh water. I currently have 6 male guppies. Substrate is gravel. I have a bubbler, a few fake plants, one HUGE marimo moss ball and 2 large decorations. Everything was properly rinsed before adding it. My filter is a Aqueon 55/75 (it says it filters 400 an hour). My tank is always 79/80 degrees (I don't have a tank heater, my house is kept at about 76 so I guess it stays that way?) Here are my test results:

On April 6, my NO3 was 0, my NO2 was 0, my pH was 7.5, my kH was about 120 and my gH was 180 (strip test). I purchased an ammonia test (liquid) April 8 & it read 0. April 11 (last night) the strip test stated NO3 was 0, NO2 was 0, pH was 7.5, kH was the colors between 120-180 and gH was 180. Ammonia (liquid test) tested at .25 and today, April 12 ammonia (after water change and 4 hours) tested 0. I didn't perform another strip test (should I?) I know strips aren't as reliable and will be getting an all liquid test here in a week or so.

I have tried adding photos of Peach's tail but can't figure out how too. Any ideas or help? Sorry if this didn't make sense and for rambling, as I said, I am on lots cold medicine today

I use the Tapatalk app on my iPhone to look at this forum, and find it pretty easy to add photos that way.

Pretty sure I found out the issue. I have been watching the guppies closely since posting this and testing my ammonia every day.Ammonia has stayed at 0 BUT I have 2 fish being bullied. The two fish being bullied? Peach (the one with the black tail) and a black guppy (red/pink spot). No one else has red/pink spots or gills and no one else's tails are turning black. In the morning Peach's tail will be a greyish color and as the day goes on it turns black. I have watched my other male guppy (who we named Sir Gupps) chase Peach relentlessly around the tank. Peach goes to hide and Sir Gupps chases Peach out of any hiding spot. When my other guppies observe this, it's like they go hayday on Peach. All 4 (aside from the black one with red spots) will chase Peach, relentlessly. I'll tap on the glass and they'll get distracted and Peach will dart into hiding and they'll all go searching for Peach. SOOOO. I have a problem now. I was told all these guppies were male, is there a chance Peach is a female? How do I tell? I don't want females in my tank (I don't want fry). I have some more decor coming anytime today I ordered online so hopefully Peach can hide, but I can't have this! Also, Sir Gupps is a huge fish (he is about 2x the size of all the other guppies). All the other guppies (5) are about the same size, or close too. I am starting a community tank, would adding another school of fish (not guppies) help this aggression? I don't have another tank to separate anyone & I am not keen on returning them. Thanks

Peach & Sir Gupps. Peach is smaller (peach color) with the black tip tail I've been describing. Sir Gupps is huge and the Dark Orange color. Peach's tail (at the tip) will get blacker and blacker as the day goes on. In the morning, when I first wake up, Peach's tail is a greyish color, looks like it is going back to peach until Sir Gupps and his minions are awake.
