Hello,
I have:
Before adding my neon tetra, all reading was ok. See bellow.
Reading june 5th : (to the left, aquarium water, to the right, tap water). I barely had ammonia traces, and this was stable.
Reading june 9th (just before adding 10 neon tetra)
On june 10th, 24 hours after adding my neon tetra. Reading is not too far away (if not) of 0,25. On we can clearly see it is more that june 9. :

I have:
- 23 gallon tank
- 74f
- 7,6 ph
- I added 6 guppies on may 30.
- Already had 20 baby guppies on june 2
- Added 10 neon tetra on june 9
- Ammonia spike june 10 (Around 0.25, see picture below)
- should I use a product to lower ammonia, do water change, or both?
- I guess I have an ammonia spike because I add too much fish for the bacteria I have?
