I just did a 60% W/C, would it be safe to do another this evening?

Both of my goldfish are laying at the bottom of the tank, side by side. One fish has a red streak in her eye (which has improved over the last week).

I wanna make sure every bit of food/poop is removed, so is it safe to do more than 1 W/C in one day?

You can do multiple without issue. Have you checked your water parameters?
You should treat with Prime every 24 hours until your tank can cycle the ammonia and nitrites. Large WC if they get to 1ppm or higher.
Also, check your tap water.

There's got to be a reason as to why you need to do multiple water changes. Is this a new tank that is going through a cycle? Are these gold fish in a tank that is too small?

We all do major water changes when problem arises but we also need to find out what is causing the problem.
