Amazon sword deficiency

Hello, I was wondering if someone knew what type of deficiency my amazon sword plants may have and what I could do to improve its growth.
I am decently stocked, I don’t know my exact nitrate levels but I do a weekly water changes near 30% and I don’t use any co2 but fertilize using aquarium coop easy green liquid fertilizer, my light is a beamworks full spectrum low light led that is on and off 12 hrs a day,, & I do plan on getting more sand to have a thicker substrate for plant roots to grow.

Agree with the root tabs. Also overall your sword looks great. I would just clip or pull off the affected leaves to allow the plant to promote some new growth.

Agree to both. They need root tabs and every week when I do water changes I cut off any bad looking leaves so new ones can grow in better

I use Seachem Flourish Tabs Growth Supplement, I buy them on Amazon I believe there like 25.00 for 40
