Amano shrimp turning orange/red?

Hey everybody, it’s been a while, things are going good in my tanks, but my amano shrimp just turned orange, is there an explanation for this?

 

I think that usually means they are dead or dying very soon... hopefully there is another explanation I am unaware of! Are they moving/acting normally?

 

it could be the food your feeding it?? sometimes if it has been feed bloodworms or your feed your fish bloodworms and it managed to get some they can change their colours. Perhaps its been eating something new in its diet..

They are acting normally. It has always been shy but besides that, nothing.

It’s main diet insists of
Xtreme bottom feeder pellets
Black beard algae
Green hair algae

It looks fine from the pictures. From my experience, the food they’re eating will change their colors slightly. I have a couple dozen currently and they’re ranging from light to dark gray, light green, orange like yours and my oldest female is a really dark reddish brown (I’m guessing she really likes brown diatoms lol).
