Am I Under-feeding My Betta?

So I’ve had my betta for over a year and him and I have had some bumps in the road, like sickness and stupidity. I feed my betta 6 days a week and fast on Sunday, I feed twice a day which consist of two different brands of pellets or sometimes freeze dried bloodworms. I feed 3 pellets or 3 bloodworms which I’m not sure if that’s to little food? So is how much I’m feeding enough or am I feeding to little?

That’s perfectly fine for a betta.

I think that's fine?

I feed mine 2 pellets in the morning and one FD Blackworm in the evening. He gets different treats (bloodworms) on the weekend and fast for 1 day every fortnight.

Sounds good to me. That's about what mine gets but I don't have a schedule for fasting. I only fast him if he pigs out and his belly looks a little big.

I feed 5 blood worms a week because I don't like to use pellets, they seem unnatural to feed for me, but your doing it right!
