I have a 25g tank with 6 serape tetras, 6 zebra danios, 6 corydoras, 1 german blue ram and 1 honey gorami. I may be a bit overstocked I know but I know that with lots of live plants one can overstcck a bit. My tank is heavily planted with dwarf lillies, amazon swords and dwarf sagittaria. So am I extremely overstocked or is it OK since I have all those live plants?

Id just consider it well stocked... definently wouldn't add anything more however.

Also depends on your filter. If it is around 200 gph, it is definitely good. You just can't have any more fish.

I agree it may have more to do with your filtration. If you are running a HOB consider being oversized and also add an additional biofilter (sponge, just some hidden media, etc).
