Algae keep forming

Hi, I have a 60 litre tank with 9 fish in there. The tank is about 7 weeks old and I had brown and green algae forming. I know Green algae forms with too much light but no idea about brown.

I gave the tank a good scrub and 40% water change while vacuum the sand.

It's been 3 days but the algae is forming again? Why is it forming again so quickly especially the brown algae. Even my decoration have turned brown

The tank isn't in direct sunlight the curetaisn are open about 4 metres away and I leave the fish tank light on for all day and turn them off during the night. The lights are off for around 10 hours

Typically lights should be on for 6-8 hours, you are putting way too much light into there. Also excess nutrients from uneaten food or plant ferts can cause algae.

Theyre normal and found in every tank

Food isn't a problem as they eat all of it and I have no plants in there. As for light I thought it would have been direct sunlight that causes algae didn't know led light would also be a problem. I will reduce the amount of time they have light. Thanks

Lol I understand that just would be nice if it didn't happen so often. If it was once a week I dint mind it as I can have a good looking tank for a while before I clean it but annoying that after giving a good clean 3 days later it isn't clear anymore due to algae

My LED light explodes my algae if I leave it on for more than 7 hours per day. I only have the green algae, no significant diatoms.
