Algae in cherry shrimp tank

Pls help I have an algae problem in my cherry shrimp tank I use Rodi water with tds from 195-250 reminerilize with salty shrimp gh+kh the one for neos. Water parameters are all good 0/0/0 gh is around 7-9 and kh 3-5. I have about 10 or so shrimp in a 20g long and I feed with snow pops from shrimp king once a week

If you do not have nitrates, your parameters are not all good. Your tank is not cycled so I would work on that first and then worry about the algae. Plus, the shrimp like the microorganisms that grow on it.

I swear I've seen this post 3-4 times

The only thing I can say is don't worry about it.....there's a lot of bare surface receiving light and not many plants...so algae will naturally grow.

What are some good plants to put in a 20g I already have flame moss Anubis and dwarf aquarium lilie
Also my tank is fully cycled it’s been running for over a year

Rotala rotundifolia, hygrophila corymbosa, guppy grass are some fast growing weeds
