Albino rainbow shark dying?

I have an albino rainbow shark and he's not doin so hot. I had him in my 45 gal tall tank thinking he'd be at the bottom with my yoyo loach away from my 2 angel fish, but instead he stayed up at the very top hugging the surface and didnt like to swim much. He would rest his body on the suction cup to my heater. (Which isn't on.) The angelfish were all of a sudden being bullys ive never had this problem and he got to the point he was barely swimming and starting to go sideways. so I separated him with a breeder net to keep him safe thinking it'll help him get better. And it seemed to work but now he won't eat and he barely twitches his tail to move. What should I do? I really don't want a different one I like him lol. Is he just doomed?

Albino rainbow sharks usually don't eat or move much for the first couple days they are in a new tank and for your angelfish I think the only reason why they would go after him is because they are a breading pair protecting there territory and he's staying as far away from them as possible (which is at the top of the tank). But I can be wrong.

They have been acting weird with each other. Believe its their mating cycle thing.

What are your parameters and temp?
Is there a reason why your heater is off?
My angels are fine with my rainbow shark, spawning or not.
Can you post a picture of the tank setup please?
