I just added my Albino cories to my tank.
Three are pretty active but one's being kinda lazy.

Hes just sleeping next to a piece of decor, but he is slowly shifting through my substrate.

Is he healthy????

Sounds like natural behavior. Sifting is what they do. Usually they'll glass surf for a few days until they settle in then they'll start sifting through the sand.

I don't have sand. I have a volcanic soil substrate that comes in small beadlike shapes.

Either way they sift through looking for food. All day mine sift or spawn, all night they sleep all together. There so adorable.
