Aggressive Male keyhole

Hello
I have a pair of keyhole cichlids - until just over a week ago, they were always together. Female in the cave protecting her eggs & the male fending off the loaches. All of a sudden the male is very aggressive towards the female. I left them for a few days but no change, so I’ve moved things around in the tank & he’s still uber aggressive. Any advice is welcome

P.s. water is good, ammonia 0, ph 6.5-7, nitrate 2.5. 200 ltr with mainly honey gouramI As tank mates. Under stocked tank, heavily planted, 30% weekly water change but if I need a pick up the water will be changed again
