Aggressive Guppy?

HI everyone
I have 3 male and 7 female guppies

Before that I only had 2 males with no female and those 2 were dancing so beautifully together

One of them died and I bought the rest for that
So 3 males and 7 females
But the old male is bullying the other 2 males and specially the longer fin is nipped
Some days they’re good but one day I see a ripped tail
Any ideas on that

As long as it ins't accessive. those injurys in the photos aren't anything severe, there is no need to do anyting. it's normal to have a pecking order. You could add more plants or male guppys to help disperse aggression and more barriers to prevent damage.

I also see that you have a dracaena. sp in the aquarium. These aren't aquatic and while they may last a few months, they will begin to die and poison the aquarium.

 

The new males are invading his space and taking his females it is normal for him to defend it.
Any fish that are breeding are going to be like this. You could seporat the males and the females, but their arnt many other options.

Yeah that plant was a mistake but in my other tank they are growing like crazy and yes that’s not too aggressive but sometimes a whole line of tail is torn apart
