African Dwarf frogs and Pleco question

I recently got 3 African Dwarf frogs, and they have been doing well. 10 Gallon tank

I was recommended to try out a pleco with them. Purchased one (yes I know a 10 gallon is tiny for a pleco, but will be giving it to a friend as it gets bigger), and now the frogs are attacking his tail. Is this a worry I need to focus on and just give him away right now, or will the frogs become more friendly?

Thanks

Give him away. Frogs will try to eat anything they can catch and while plecos may be too big to wat but they aren't exactly fast enough to get away.

Any recommendations on what fish I can put in the tank with the frogs?

They do best in a species only tank but people have had success with small fast moving fish or even a shorter tailed betta
