African Dwarf Frog sick, can’t find cause

I have 3 blonde African Dwarf Frogs in a 10 gal, Jack and Janet are fine, but Chrissy hasn’t been herself last 3 days. Today she is just floating on the top of the tank. I can’t seen anything abnormal about her, she looks ok, no red legs, no fungus, chemistry is perfect . I’m very worried Chrissy is dying, I have no idea what to do, any ideas?

Hi
It would help to have a little more info.
How long have you had them?
Readings for ammonia, nitrite, nitrate over the last few months.
size tank
Tanks mate, how many and what kind.
Temperature
What has you been your maintenance routine for the last several months,
Anything in the tank that isn't specifically marked as aquarium safe?

What else about her besides the floating that doesn't seem right?

Sorry for all the questions. The answers will help rule some things out and maybe figure out the issue.

So so sorry for the delayed response, unfortunately, she did not make it. Now I have another exhibiting the same symptoms. So here is the skinny,
10 gal tank, which had 3 blonde ADFs. Now down to to two and a fear by the time I get home down to 1. The tank has been up and running for several months, approx 6. It was well cycled before we ever added the frogs. We had two in there for about 3 mos and they were doing very well, then added the 3rd, who ended up being the first to get sick and pass after about a month. We keep the temp right around 75. We do water changes 25-50% as needed based on testing results 1-2 times per week. Consistently we have had 0 Ammonia, 7PH. (At times is has dropped to 6.4, but would correct after a drop or two of API PH up, 0 Nitrite and never over 10 Nitrate, immediate water change if it got even close.
We change the filter pad every month, use a pouch of allgone for algea control which was changed with every water change. Also, with every water change I added some boiled almond leaves, about one per gal of water in the tank. It’s just the 3 frogs and one mystery snail. As of yesterday we noticed the warning sign that has proceeded all previous ADF deaths we have had, the shed that appears ragged and doesn’t come off completely. Then the floating mostly at the top and this morning floating upside down on her back at the top. The male had a bit of the shed issue yesterday but it was all gone by the time I went to bed last night. He is swimming normally and they both ate last night, but she was not as avid and eater as she usually is. Their diet is a mixture of frozen blood worms and soft frog pellets alternating.
I have tried to research what could be happening to them and if I had to guess I’d say it’s a fungal infection. Have seen that some have had luck with Methylene blue baths with aquarium salt. However, it is very very hard to get clear and consistent information on how to best dose and perform these baths. I have Methylene blue on order and should be there when I get home. I already have the aquarium salt but am concerned about trying that on the frogs. Any advice on how to do the dips or baths with these products would be greatly appreciated. I do not wish to dose the whole tank, but my guess is, even tho he looks good now, the male probably also has this and will become afflicted likewise shortly. Our hospital tank is also currently a nursery and I have nowhere else to move the sick frogs, that is one reason I am trying for the bath/drip option. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I absolutely love my frogs and am so heartbroken that they seem to be suffering. So much so that I will probably never get another one, as it seems it’s only a matter of time before they get sick and I feel helpless to help them.

I'm really sorry to hear you lost the frogs :(

This says volumes

As does this.

It sounds like you might be dealing with chytrid.

Yes I have stumbled on some of those in trying to get answers. But can’t seem to find how to use treatments.

I still have two living as of this morning, but wouldn’t be surprised to be down to one when I get home
