For school, I have project, where I have to teach the class on a subject. I decided to do fish keeping as my topic. However, I am having some trouble coming with some adjectives to describe it.

Well.... it depends what each person thinks. So basically anything can describe it.. (well not "incinerating" or something like that lol).

So: boring, drab, dull, exciting, exhilarating, weird, strange, fun, annoying, interesting, relaxing, peaceful, aggressive, infuriating, frustrating, disturbing, calming, absorbing, riveting, fascinating, awesome, stimulating, enthralling, diverting, thought-provoking, entertaining, engrossing, gripping, compelling, captivating, engaging, appealing, intriguing, amusing, exasperating, maddening, irritating, irksome, infernal.....

So the list could be quite varied and very, very long.
