ADF questions - dropsy? eggy? other?

Hi,

We have had a few ADF's in two tanks. One male has never had a problem. Pretty good tank. Our other tank has had issues with algae or some overgrowth etc. After a vacation (maybe even before?) it was problematic. A couple months later 1 Male? ADF got a big tummy. I thought he would die soon. Instead he went from Sept-May and finally passed away. Shortly after that another ADF (same tank) looks like she has a weird bump on her back between her legs. It appeared around/after? the time the other one passed away. There is another male and he has been hugging her? Not sure if that caused it or if something else?

Also, this female ADF now has a very large belly like the other that passed away. This female ADF has been seen 2x laying eggs? Still she has that strange belly, weird bump, and I think her eyes are a bit cloudy too? I think the ADF that passed also had sort of cloudy eyes as well? The third ADF seems fine eyes & belly.

There were 2 Honey Gouramis as well. 1 is fine but another passed away suddenly in April? Ironically the quarantine has me busy w school & all and the tanks suffered some. Trying again to keep to 1-2 weeks on cleanings, but I may have slipped to a month?

Regardless.

1. As stated, I am unsure if she has dropsy, clearly she IS eggy at least today, both and/or something else?

2. Should I quarantine her and treat just her?

3. Should I treat the whole tank? I do have Maracyn on hand?

Also, when could I add more fish or others to the tank?

Here are pics. 1. Notice her eyes. 2. Her spine bump? 3. She is laying eggs.
And eyes on my seemingly fine male (same tank) for comparison.

I've experienced it with a couple of frogs, who eventually passed away. Sad. I found this article at Spruce Pets.
What is Dropsy or Bloat in Pet Frogs?.

Thank you. Yes I have read this before. I'm actually pretty sure it's not dropsy as it seems like whatever the other ADF had - and it's not fully bloated, just the belly? And from what I can tell they tend to go quickly w dropsy - my guy lasted many months? So wondering if anyway I could help our girl.

Was hoping maybe someone had experience with it. I can't see anything online that seems to illustrate the issue.

Aw, poor chubbo.
I don't really have any advice. One of mine who bloated went rather quickly. Another lived for over a year bobbing around, swimming getting to the bottom, Eating.

I blamed my neglect of tank maintenance over a period of time. Whether true or not, I don't know.

Yes. Likely the issue here too.
