ADF Fuzzy Spot On Mouth

I can't get any pictures, but one of my African Dwarf Frogs has something on his mouth, just imagine his mouth and on one corner there is a fuzzy bump that kind of looks like a tiny piece of cotton.... Should I be concerned?

Could be some kind of fungus. Can you fill out the emergency template so we can get more info on the tank?

If you have a test kit or can take a water sample in to pet store to get tested that would be very useful.

If that is not possible doing %50 water changes each day for the next 3 days will dilute anything in the water down to reasonable level.
