Adding Angelfish to community tank

Sounds encouraging, thank you.

 

After 2 months it is apparent I have 2 male Bolivian Rams.
One is now pretty much confined to an upper back tank corner. He can hardly get to eat, before being chased.
I have nowhere to put him..LFS is closed due to Covid19.
Would it be sensible to put a fry cage in the tank and keep him in it until we get the world back?
