I can't really tell what I'm looking at here. Which tip? Any better photos, even with a flash? Or can you describe it to us?

One of the tips is yellow is that what you talking about?or is that something behind it?

That picture is not great, but no that is not normal. The tip is bleaching/dying.

Let's not jump to conclusions here. Without a better photo you can't be sure. To me that looks like lighting from the room reflecting off the glass, same can be seen near the frag plug and all over the . Most acros will have lighter colored tips from new growth, this isn't always bleaching or death. And bleaching tips isn't always a death sentence.
Lighting can be a cause yes. The tip on the right could just be new growth, how long has it looked like this? Looks like it still has some sort of pigment and flesh to it to me.

Move it up higher in the tank closer to the light, seems to be bleaching like the others are saying.
