We live in an arid part of the world, so the number of moquitos that swarm around are a testament to zealous over-watering of lush green lawns and golf courses. Ugh, what do people think this is, Kentucky?

But the mosquitoes inside our house has suddenly become out of control! I couldn't figure it out until I found ... the last bucket from cleaning tanks a week ago. I'd forgotten it behind a couch and next to a window, all set up to be drained, except that in the confusion of yapping dogs, squawking tween, and the generally perplexed physicist whose every waking moment attests to the validity of chaos theory, I'd forgotten it. Sigh.

Now you have free food!
Rinse the wrigglers well first and watch the feeding frenzy

But yeah, get rid of it ASAP. Mozzies around the house are bad news.

I didn't look for wigglers because that bucket gets dirty water from all the tanks, and I'm *paranoid* about cross contamination :b

But with bucket empty, there do now seems to be fewer mosquitoes in the house. I just still can't figure out why they hang out on the patio!
