Acid/Base Stone

Ebreus

So I just got around to testing the stone I intend to use in my tank via exposure to vinegar and I'm unsure of the result.
I dropped a small chip of porous stone into a small amount of 5% acidity white vinegar and it bubbles slowly.
I suspect that the stone is basic and is bubbling due to reacting with the vinegar but the stone is also pretty porous so I'm not sure if that may be the cause of the bubbling.

Tty a small drop of vinegar on the stone and see if if fizz. Yoy could also take a photo, someone on the forum may be able to ID it for you.
